For the Can G project, in collaboration with Bloom Studio, we transformed a historic finca nestled in the Ibiza countryside into a modernized luxury residence featuring high-end audiovisual and lighting solutions, along with robust Wi-Fi networking. The client sought to seamlessly integrate contemporary technology without compromising the finca’s traditional charm.
Client Brief & Design Intent
The primary objective was to modernize an old finca with state-of-the-art audiovisual installations, comprehensive lighting control, and reliable network infrastructure. The client wanted a fully integrated system that would provide effortless control over lighting scenarios and high-fidelity audio distribution indoors and outdoors, all while preserving the finca’s authentic aesthetic.
Technical & Design Strategy
This was a reformation project rather than a new build, which meant we had to carefully adapt modern systems into an existing structure. We installed a KNX lighting control system for versatile scene settings, utilized Jung mechanisms to maintain a high-end finish, and integrated a robust network with Araknis and Unifi access points to ensure seamless connectivity throughout the property.

- Audiovisual: Lyngdorf audio speakers paired with Sonos amplifiers for high-quality distributed audio.
- Lighting Control: KNX lighting systems for customizable lighting scenes.
- Network Infrastructure: Araknis network equipment complemented by Unifi access points for reliable and extensive Wi-Fi coverage.
- Control Interfaces: Jung switches and mechanisms to ensure both elegance and functionality.
- Lighting Fixtures: Selected from Light Graphix and Collingwood to blend with the finca’s aesthetic.
The Result
The reformed finca now features a state-of-the-art yet discreet AV and lighting system that enhances everyday living without detracting from the home’s rustic charm. The client can effortlessly control lighting scenes and enjoy high-fidelity audio across all spaces, both indoors and outdoors, with a stable and robust network that ensures seamless connectivity.
