Planning your visit
Do I need to book an appointment to visit the Concept Installations showroom?
Yes. To provides you with a high-end, personalised experience, we operate strictly by appointment. This ensures that our lead engineers are available to walk you through the technical nuances of our systems and that you have exclusive access to the Cinema and Automation suites without interruption.
Can I bring my architect or interior designer to the demonstration?
We strongly encourage it. Our showroom is designed to be a collaborative space where technical engineering meets aesthetic design. By visiting together, we can discuss cabling infrastructure, equipment housing, and bespoke finishes in real-time, ensuring that the technology integrates seamlessly with your design vision from day one.
What can I actually experience during a live showroom tour?
Our showroom is a fully functioning “Living Lab.” You can experience a professional 4K Dolby Atmos cinema demo, test the responsiveness of our biometric access control, compare different high-fidelity audio zones, and see how Lutron lighting transforms a space. You will also see our “invisible” technology, showing how we hide complex engineering behind beautiful Mediterranean architecture.
