This Talamanca apartment project was a full reformation carried out in a residential building close to the iconic Pacha nightclub in Ibiza. The project was designed by Bloom Studio, with Concept Installations responsible for the complete electrical, lighting, and low-voltage installations.
The result is a slick, contemporary apartment defined by clean lines, subtle material choices, and carefully layered lighting. Every technical element was integrated to support the interior concept while remaining visually discreet.
Client Brief and Goals
The client and design team sought to create a refined, modern apartment with a strong focus on atmosphere and detail. The key objectives were:

- Discreet LED lighting within wardrobes and bespoke joinery

Technical Approach & Design Strategy
As a reformation project within an existing apartment building, careful planning was required to introduce new electrical and lighting systems without structural disruption. Working closely with Bloom Studio, Concept Installations coordinated lighting positions, control points, and integrated LED solutions to ensure the technical execution complemented the architectural intent.
Particular attention was given to wardrobe and joinery lighting, where concealed LED strips provide both functional illumination and a soft ambient glow. Electrical accessories were selected to blend seamlessly with the apartment’s palette and finishes.
