From the historic heights of Dalt Vila to the modern fronts of Marina Botafoch, we provides bespoke illumination solutions for discerning homeowners.
Ibiza Town's local lighting specialists.
Ibiza Town (Eivissa) presents a diverse architectural landscape, ranging from the UNESCO-protected stone walls of Dalt Vila to the contemporary luxury penthouses overlooking the marina. As local specialists based at Carrer Río de la Plata, Concept Installations understands the specific challenges of these environments. In the narrow streets of the Old Town, we focus on clever, space-saving lighting that emphasises heritage textures. In Jesús and Talamanca, our designs often bridge the gap between expansive outdoor terraces and interior living spaces, using Lutron and KNX systems to create a unified flow. We account for the intense Mediterranean sun, integrating automated shading and intelligent dimming to ensure your home remains comfortable during the day and perfectly balanced at night. Our 17 years of experience on the island ensures we select materials capable of withstanding the local salt air and humidity.

Lighting Design in Ibiza Town: your questions
How do you handle lighting installations in protected Dalt Vila buildings?
For historical properties in Dalt Vila, we focus on non-invasive installation techniques. Using discreet fixtures from LightGraphix, we can highlight ancient stone walls and vaulted ceilings without compromising the structural integrity or the aesthetic heritage of the building. Wireless Lutron systems are often ideal here to avoid extensive rewiring through thick stone.
Can you improve the lighting in a glass-fronted Marina Botafoch apartment?
Modern apartments in Marina Botafoch often feature large glass elevations. We use automated shading integrated with Lutron HomeWorks to manage natural light, alongside layered interior lighting that prevents reflections on the glass, ensuring you maintain your view of the Mediterranean and the Old Town at night.
Is your outdoor lighting suitable for seafront villas in Talamanca?
Absolutely. Coastal humidity and salt air in Talamanca require high-grade, corrosion-resistant fixtures. We specify IP-rated outdoor lighting from Collingwood and LightGraphix designed to withstand the Mediterranean climate, ensuring your garden and terrace lighting remains functional and beautiful year-round.
Why recommend KNX for larger family homes in Jesús?
KNX is a highly flexible, open-protocol system that is excellent for larger villas in Jesús. It allows us to integrate lighting with HVAC and security, providing a robust backbone for home automation that is reliable and easily expandable as your technology needs evolve.
