Can all HomeWorks QS equipment be retained with QSX?
Not necessarily. We check the exact processors, links, controls and dimming equipment before recommending which parts to retain or replace.
Can you take over a system installed by another company?
Yes. We start with an assessment of the existing installation and authorised access. Any missing credentials, files or unsupported equipment are discussed before work is agreed.
What should I provide for a system assessment?
Tell us the system type, approximate installation year and symptoms. Equipment photos and any documentation help; do not send passwords through the enquiry form.
Do you offer maintenance in Ibiza?
We can agree local maintenance and support after assessing your equipment, access arrangements and requirements.
