Sant Josep’s local villa electrical specialists.
Sant Josep de sa Talaia is home to some of Ibiza’s most prestigious and architecturally diverse properties, from the cliffside villas of Es Cubells to the expansive estates of Porroig and Cala Jondal. These locations often present unique challenges, including steep terrain and high exposure to salt air, which demand a higher standard of electrical resilience. Whether you are developing a new build in the gated community of Vista Alegre or renovating a classic Mediterranean villa in Cala Tarida, our team understands the local requirements. We focus on creating a robust 'technological spine' for your home, ensuring that lighting, security, and climate systems operate reliably within the specific climate and infrastructure of the southwest coast. With 17 years of experience on the island, we bridge the gap between complex electrical engineering and intuitive smart home control.

Electrical Installations in Sant Josep: your questions
How do you handle high power demands for large villas in Sant Josep?
Modern villas in Sant Josep, particularly in areas like Porroig, require substantial electrical loads for HVAC, pool heating, and AV systems. We calculate the total consumption requirements to ensure your infrastructure can handle peak usage without tripping, often coordinating with Endesa for supply upgrades if your project demands it.
Are your electrical installations compliant with Spanish regulations?
Yes, we are fully licensed to work in Ibiza and all our installations comply with the Spanish Reglamento Electrotécnico para Baja Tensión (REBT). We provides the necessary documentation and certificates required for new builds or major renovations in the Sant Josep municipality.
Is smart pre-wiring necessary if I plan to use wireless systems?
We recommend a 'cabled-first' approach for new builds in Es Cubells. While Wi-Fi is essential, high-end automation and 4K streaming require a dedicated Cat6 or Cat7 data backbone. By pre-wiring during the construction phase, we ensure your home is ready for any future smart technology.
How do you protect electrical systems from the salt air in coastal areas?
Salt air in coastal areas like Cala Tarida and Cala Jondal is highly corrosive to electrical components. We specify marine-grade enclosures and weather-resistant materials for all outdoor lighting, gate motors, and pool plant room wiring to ensure long-term durability against the elements.
Can you integrate my electrical system with a smart home platform?
Absolutely. We specialise in integrating electrical systems with smart platforms like Control4 or KNX. This allows you to manage everything from your pool temperature in Vista Alegre to your security lighting in Cala Jondal from a single interface or smartphone.
