Can S, delivered with CanCan Design and Box3, is a high-end rental villa in Ibiza built around an exceptional guest experience. We handled the full electrical installation, lighting control, automation and audio-visual integration, keeping advanced systems hidden while delivering premium performance.
Its concealed in-ground unfolding television became a viral highlight, with over 16 million views on Instagram.

Client brief & design intent
The villa had to stand out in Ibiza's highly competitive premium rental market. The client required intuitive control of every system for short-term guests, high-quality but discreet audio-visual solutions, elegant lighting scenes for day and night, and a robust automation platform able to cope with frequent guest turnover.
Everything had to be simple to operate while delivering a true wow factor.
Technical & design strategy
Rental properties need systems that are high-performance, extremely reliable and easy for guests who don't know the house.
We installed a full KNX system for lighting and HVAC, with Control4 centralising control of everything. Sonance invisible speakers deliver sound throughout the villa with no visible grilles. The in-ground folding TV needed precise coordination between structure, electrics and control programming to run seamlessly and reliably.

Can S offers a refined, technology-driven luxury experience for high-end guests. Lighting, climate, audio and video are controlled through one intuitive interface, and the discreet integration means technology never distracts from the design.
