Client brief & design intent
The client wanted to modernise an old finca with state-of-the-art audio-visual installations, comprehensive lighting control and reliable network infrastructure.
They asked for a fully integrated system giving effortless control of lighting scenes and high-fidelity audio indoors and outdoors, while preserving the finca's authentic look.
Technical & design strategy
This was a reformation rather than a new build, so modern systems had to be carefully adapted into an existing structure.
We installed KNX lighting control for versatile scenes, Jung switches for a high-end finish, and a robust Araknis network with UniFi access points for seamless connectivity throughout the property.
The result
The finca now has a state-of-the-art yet discreet audio-visual and lighting system that enhances everyday living without detracting from its rustic charm. Lighting scenes and high-fidelity audio are effortless across every space, indoors and out, on a stable, reliable network.
