Can N was a large-scale electrical installation for an estate of three separate residences, all with high-end Lutron lighting and shading. While audio-visual work was handled by a UK partner, Concept Installations delivered all electrical cabling, connections and backbone infrastructure. KNX controls the HVAC and Crestron provides overall automation.

Client brief & design intent
The client wanted a unified, elegant lighting and shading solution across several homes on one estate: Lutron lighting in every building, robust HVAC management through KNX and a Crestron platform coordinating the whole system.
Technical & design strategy
With three separate homes, the key challenge was consistent Lutron lighting and shading quality across the whole estate.
We handled the full electrical infrastructure, routing all cabling and ensuring seamless connectivity. KNX forms the backbone for HVAC, while Crestron provides the central automation interface.
The result
The estate now enjoys a harmonious, high-quality lighting environment, with Lutron performing consistently across all three residences. KNX keeps climate control efficient, and Crestron gives an intuitive, centralised experience: a showcase of large-scale, multi-dwelling integration.
